All sales are final. Each jewelry item is hand made, many using one of a kind Gemstones. These items are made with care and quality, however, the buyer must understand that they need to take care with these items as the components can wear over time.
Items are not intended to be worn 24Hrs a day as the oils from the skin along with moisture can wear down the Silk Thread and other materials.
Avoid wearing in the shower, pool, or submerging in water for an extended period of time.
If you experience a problem with your item, please message me and I will deal with it on a case by case basis. Repair may be possible and I will do my best to make the transaction satisfactory.
I will consider exchanges on a case by case basis: items that are accepted for exchange must be in their original packaging with original tags and be free of scents, stains, pet hair, or other damage that would render the item unable to be sold.
If the item is damaged during shipping and the buyer did not purchase insurance, the seller will not issue a refund, but seller will exchange for an item of the same value. Buyer has the option to purchase insurance on each item at their request with a notification prior to purchase.
